1.25Gbit/s, 2.5Gbit/s 5pin Coaxial Receivers (ROSA)

High sensitivity 1.25 Gbit/s and 2.5 Gbit/s receivers incorporate an APD (or PIN-PD) chip and preamplifer IC in 5pin coaxial compact package with LC receptacle. 2.5 Gbit/s APD preamplifier receivers are optimized for multi-rate up to 2.7 Gbit/s and suitable for low OSNR application. 1.25 Gbit/s APD preamplifier receivers are optimized for GbE application. ERA1302PZ is suitable for burst mode data communication system. These devices are in compliance with ITU-T recommendations and Telcordia requirement.
