ERP1404GT and ERP1404GW series PIN receivers are designed for 10 Gbit/s SR/IR and 10GBASE ER/LR applications in a 300pin MSA transponder platform and line cards. The wideband PIN chip and InP HBT TIA are integrated into a high performance coplanar MSA package.
