The FRM5W232BS and FRM3Z232BS are composed of 3.3V GaAs IC and InGaAs APD/PIN chip in Mini-DIL type package,optimized up to 3.2 Gbit/sec. These devices are in compliance with ITU-T recommendations and Telcordia requirement.
